Grounded in equity-focused program design and adult learning, Fran specializes in helping organizations build cultures of belonging, collaboration, and accountability-from the inside out.
Fran is the architect of the Person-Centered Coaching framework, a transformative evolution of the W.K. Kellogg Foundation’s Family-Centered Coaching model. Her work has supported national networks, public agencies, and community-based organizations in embedding person-centered practices across service delivery, leadership development, workforce support, and community engagement.
Known for her ability to blend powerful storytelling with practical strategy, Fran creates learning spaces that invite reflection while driving action.
