With a background in business operations, logistics coordination, and large-scale event management, she ensures that Sankofa’s mission-driven learning experiences are delivered with excellence, efficiency, and meaningful attention to detail.

At Sankofa Leadership, Kelly oversees internal operations, project workflows, and the seamless execution of in-person and virtual training events. She is passionate about creating environments where both clients and participants feel supported and engaged, elevating every experience through thoughtful planning, strong communication, and a calm, solutions-oriented presence.

Kelly has led complex, high-impact events across multiple cities and industries — from corporate gatherings and nonprofit convenings to production support for major entertainment experiences. Her keen ability to anticipate needs, manage creative details, and bring ideas to implementation enables Sankofa’s programs and partnerships to scale with consistency and care.

Driven by collaboration and operational excellence, Kelly plays a vital role in strengthening Sankofa’s infrastructure, supporting vendor and client relationships, and building systems that allow the team to focus on what matters most: people.

When she’s not designing workflows or coordinating transformative events, Kelly can be found out shopping with her daughter (Imani is the real boss), discovering new restaurants around Los Angeles, or planning the next stamp in her family’s passports — usually with a little glam and a lot of laughter.
